"Dr. Lena took the time to review all my medical notes, you may think that is a basic concept but not all doctors do this. She was kind and caring. She immediately got me into an appointment to do a test on me the following day. She looks at you and is concerned about getting you better. She took a good deal of time for me, even though she was sick at my last appointment and she had to reschedule. She fit me into her schedule even though I knew she was doing double duty to see all the patients she missed from the day of her illness. Not many doctors would do that, but she did."
