COVID-19 Testing


If you’re expe­ri­enc­ing symp­toms of res­pi­ra­to­ry ill­ness, such as fever, cough, nasal con­ges­tion or short­ness of breath or have had expo­sure to some­one with a con­firmed or sus­pect­ed case of coro­n­avirus (COVID-19), our team is equipped to test for COVID-19 at our con­ve­nient­ly locat­ed dri­ve-thru clinics. 

If you are not expe­ri­enc­ing any symp­toms, we encour­age you to vis­it one of our walk-in Duly Health and Care Lab locations. 

Either way, you will need to request a COVID-19 test­ing order. You can do so by log­ging onto your MyChart account and click­ing on the COVID Test­ing sec­tion. Fol­low the instruc­tions from there to obtain an order for a test. No need to call for your results — they will be released direct­ly to you in 48 hours or less.

Test­ing is avail­able sev­en days a week, Mon­day — Sun­day, hours vary by loca­tion. Find a COVID-19 test­ing loca­tion near you.

A test­ing order is required pri­or to vis­it­ing our test­ing loca­tions. To receive a COVID-19 test order, com­plete the COVID-19 Test­ing sur­vey in MyChart or call 1−888−693−6437.

Accepts: Patients expe­ri­enc­ing COVID-19 symp­toms or have been exposed to a con­firmed case of COVID-19. If you do not have any symp­toms and have not been exposed, we encour­age you to vis­it a walk-in test­ing location.

Arriv­ing for your test

Bloom­ing­dale, Lisle & Lock­port Dri­ve-Thru Testing

Accepts: Patients expe­ri­enc­ing COVID-19 symp­toms or have been exposed to a con­firmed case of COVID-19. If you do not have any symp­toms and have not been exposed, we encour­age you to vis­it a walk-in test­ing location.

Stay in your car and fol­low the direc­tion­al sig­nage to the dri­ve-thru test­ing site. Please call the num­ber list­ed or speak with the test­ing atten­dant to receive direction.

    Have your ID ready and your mask on. Our care team will con­firm your patient infor­ma­tion and com­plete your swab.

    Walk-In Labs

    Accepts: Patients with NO COVID-19 symp­toms or exposure. 

    Have your ID ready and your mask on. Our care team will check you in, con­firm your patient infor­ma­tion and com­plete your swab.

    Receiv­ing your test results

    Test results are returned to patients with­in 24 — 48 hours on aver­age. Results will be released to your active MyChart account or by phone if you do not have an active MyChart account.
