If you’re not experiencing any symptoms, or are experiencing symptoms of respiratory illness, such as fever, cough, nasal congestion or shortness of breath or have had exposure to someone with a confirmed or suspected case of coronavirus (COVID-19), our team is equipped to test for COVID-19 at any of our walk-in Duly Health and Care Lab locations.
You will need to request a COVID-19 testing order. You can do so by logging onto your MyChart account and clicking on the COVID Testing section. Follow the instructions from there to obtain an order for a test. No need to call for your results — they will be released directly to you in 48 hours or less.

Arriving for your test
For our walk-in lab locations, have your ID ready and your mask on. Our care team will check you in, confirm your patient information and complete your swab.
Receiving your test results
Test results are returned to patients within 24 — 48 hours on average. Results will be released to your active MyChart account or by phone if you do not have an active MyChart account.
