If you’re expe­ri­enc­ing any COVID-19 symp­toms or symp­toms of res­pi­ra­to­ry ill­ness, such as fever, cough, nasal con­ges­tion or short­ness of breath or have had been exposed to some­one with a con­firmed or sus­pect­ed case of COVID-19, our team is equipped to test for COVID-19 at any of our walk-in Duly Health and Care Lab locations.

No need to call for your results — they will be released direct­ly to you through MyChart or by phone in 48 hours or less.

When arriv­ing for your test, have your ID ready and your mask on. Our care team will check you in, con­firm your patient infor­ma­tion and com­plete your swab.

Receiv­ing your test results

Test results are returned to patients with­in 48 hours on aver­age. Results will be released to your active MyChart account or by phone if you do not have an active MyChart account.
