COVID-19 Testing

If you’re expe­ri­enc­ing symp­toms of res­pi­ra­to­ry ill­ness, such as fever, cough or short­ness of breath or have had expo­sure to some­one with a con­firmed or sus­pect­ed case of coro­n­avirus (COVID-19), our team is equipped to test for COVID-19 at our con­ve­nient­ly locat­ed Lisle clin­ic. Our test­ing loca­tion is open sev­en-days-a-week, Mon­day — Sun­day, 8:00AM — 4:00PM.

Video Vis­it

Sched­ule a COVID-19 Screen­ing Video Vis­it at a time that is con­ve­nient for you with your pre­ferred pri­ma­ry care provider or the next avail­able pri­ma­ry care provider online or through your MyD­MGHealth (MyChart) account. Patients must have an active MyD­MGHealth account to com­plete a video visit.

Log in to MyD­MGHealth and nav­i­gate the Symp­tom Check­er to answer symp­tom or test­ing-need ques­tions to con­nect with a pri­ma­ry care provider or receive an imme­di­ate COVID-19 test order. 


Call 1−888−693−6437, choose option 3 to be con­nect­ed with a nurse who will speak with you about your symp­toms and inform you of the next steps for an appointment.

Arriv­ing for your test

Stay in your car and fol­low the direc­tion­al sig­nage to the dri­ve-thru test­ing site. Please call the num­ber list­ed or speak with the test­ing atten­dant to receive direction.

    Have your ID ready and your mask on. Our care team will con­firm your patient infor­ma­tion and com­plete your swab.

    Receiv­ing your test results

    Test results are returned to patients with­in 24 — 48 hours on aver­age. Results will be released to your active MyD­MGHealth (MyChart) account or by phone if you do not have an active MyD­MGHealth account.
